FRTIB Proposes Rule Change for Enforcement of a Tax Levy or Criminal Restitution Order Against a Participant Account

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) recently announced its intent to amend current regulations governing the FRTIB’s procedures for responding to tax levies and criminal restitution orders that comply with statutory requirements.
