The traditional workplace is constantly evolving due to the introduction of new tools such as Dropbox. Yet, results from a recent survey conducted by the Pew Research Center show that employees still prefer email. According to the survey, 61% of U.S. adults working Internet users ranked email as “very important” to their jobs. Contrastingly, social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn received only 4% of the votes.
