Mr. Monday also has an extensive estate planning and estates &amp; trusts practice, focusing on the needs of business owners and their families.&nbsp; Mr. Monday stresses long-term planning and contingency planning to help owners protect and realize the full value of their businesses through operations and upon liquidation or transfer of their interests. <br /><br />Mr. Monday is vice chair of the firm's Commercial Transactions &amp; Business Counseling Practice and is also a member of the firm's Transactional &amp; Securities Practice. Mr. Monday is an adjunct professor with the University of Wisconsin Law School. <br /><br />Mr. Monday graduated from the University of Wisconsin, earning his bachelor's degree, with honors, in 1985, and his J.D. degree, with honors, in 1993. During law school, he received two significant awards for legal scholarship, was admitted to the legal academic honorary society, and was editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review (1992-3). Prior to attending law school, Mr. Monday managed two closely held businesses and was on the editorial board of a national magazine for business owners.<br /><br />Mr. Monday has been listed in the directory of The Best Lawyers in America® since 2001, has an "AV" rating (the highest possible rating for proficiency and ethics) in the national directory of lawyers published by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers® lists since 2006. <p><b>Terry Philip Segal</b> practices in the areas of white-collar crime, tax
fraud and complex civil litigation.</p>

<p>Mr. Segal has tried over 200 civil and criminal cases. He spent over four
years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts and the
District of Columbia. He has also briefed and argued over 20 cases in courts of
appeal.</p>

<p>In Massachusetts, Mr. Segal was in charge of all tax fraud and bankruptcy
fraud prosecutions for the U.S. Attorney's Office. He received a commendation
from the Department of Justice for his successful six-week jury trial
prosecution of a complex SBA fraud scheme.</p>

<p>In 1978, Mr. Segal was appointed a Special Assistant District Attorney in
Norfolk County (Dedham, MA) to prosecute a former Norfolk County Assistant
District Attorney for Massachusetts state tax evasion.</p>

<p>As a lawyer in private practice, Mr. Segal has tried numerous civil and
white collar criminal cases.</p>

<p>In 1986, Mr. Segal was recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial
skills by election to the American College of Trial Lawyers. In 1999, he was
first listed in <i>The Best Lawyers in America</i>.</p>

<p>Mr. Segal has taught trial practice at Yale Law School, Boston College Law
School and Suffolk University Law School, where he presently teaches. In 2008,
Mr. Segal was honored by Suffolk University Law School for his contribution to
teaching federal criminal procedure and trial practice.</p>

<p>In 2009, Mr. Segal was elected to membership in the Wong Sun Society, a
select group of white-collar criminal lawyers who meet on a bi-annual basis at
the ABA White Collar Crime seminar in San Francisco.</p>

<p>Mr. Segal is a former campaign manager for U.S. Speaker of the House of
Representatives Thomas P. O'Neill, Jr., and legislative counsel to U.S. Senator
Philip Hart of Michigan. In 1968, President Johnson presented Mr. Segal with a
presidential pen for his work in helping secure passage of the 1968 Civil

<p><b>Michael M. Mustokoff</b> is a trial lawyer who, over the years, has
represented clients in a variety of different types of disputes. He generally
practices in the area of white-collar criminal defense and commercial
litigation. He has had several notable victories in the appellate courts. He
has successfully represented clients in civil RICO prosecutions and
international antitrust cases. Mr. Mustokoff is also involved in the
investigation and defense against fraudulent insurance claims, and the
representation of healthcare providers in regulatory, civil and criminal
proceedings. Mr. Mustokoff is a fellow of both the American College of Trial
Attorneys and the American Bar Foundation. He is recognized annually by <i>Philadelphia
Magazine</i> on their regional "Super Lawyers" listing.</p>

<p>He is a member of the Criminal Justice, Antitrust Law sections and the
Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association, the Criminal Law and
Civil Litigation sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Criminal
Justice Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Mustokoff is a member
of the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Association of
Criminal Defense Counsel, the International Association of Arson Investigators,
the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute and the
Health Care Financial Management Association.</p>

<p>He was chief of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Economic Crime Unit for
four years and an assistant district attorney in that office for seven years
before joining Duane Morris.</p>

<p>Mr. Mustokoff is a 1972 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law
School and a graduate of Albright College.</p>

     - Led the team of relators' counsel in <i>United States ex. rel Wetta v.
     AstraZeneca</i>, a <i>Qui Tam</i> action brought against AstraZeneca that
     resulted in a $520 million settlement.<br />
     - Led the team of relators' counsel in the case of <i>United States ex
     rel. Rudolph v. Eli Lilly</i>, a <i>Qui Tam</i> action brought against Eli
     Lily that resulted in the pharmaceutical company pleading guilty and
     paying $1.415 billion, at the time the largest recovery in the history of
     the federal <i>Qui Tam</i> statute.<br />
     - Secured a jury's acquittal of a day-care owner charged with involuntary
     manslaughter for having left a child in a parked vehicle, March 2010.<br />
     - Represented a best-selling author in her libel suit against <i>The
     Philadelphia Inquirer</i>.<br />
     - Represented the principal defendant in what the media labeled the
     "Thelma and Louise" murder case.<br />
     - Led the plaintiffs' trial team in <i>Fahey v. Capano</i>.<br />
     - Secured dismissal of the case against the client in <i>Allstate v. AHP</i>,
     December 2008.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><b><span style="">Appellate advocacy</span></b><span style=""> - has represented clients in the Federal Courts of
     Appeal in the Second, Third and Fourth Judicial Circuits, as well as the
     Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Supreme
     Court's reversal of a client's conviction in <i>Commonwealth v. Berkowitz</i>
     became a matter of national attention and resulted in a change in state
     law. The Pennsylvania Superior Court adopted Mr. Mustokoff's argument in <i>Commonwealth
     v. Fischer</i> and suggested the need for a fundamental change in criminal
     jury instructions.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">Represented a national law firm when it was sued by a
     former client for an ethical breach. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">In another case, he successfully represented a federal
     judge and her mother in personal injury actions against a major hotel
     chain.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">Following trial, obtained a significant settlement on
     behalf of a group of investors against a major hotel chain where no offer
     was made pre-trial.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">Secured the dismissal of federal charges against a
     Taiwanese national whom the government had declared a fugitive through use
     of a video teleconference. In another case, obtained reduction of a charge
     of first degree murder by use of a videotape of the defendant under
     hypnosis where the defendant had no recollection of the murder. In a third
     case, engineered the secret videotaping of an extortion attempt leading to
     his client's acquittal.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">Secured dismissal of charges against a major chemical
     company scientist accused of theft of trade secrets and trade espionage,
     January 2009.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><span style="">Has conducted a number of internal investigations of
     publicly held corporations and health care providers in the defense and
