As a member of the Firm's Elder Law Group, Sarah Schelling advises and counsels clients with every aspect of elder law issues including guardianship, long-term care, disability, care coordination, advance directive and Medicaid planning matters. Ms. Schelling previously served as counsel for one of the largest and most diverse associations in North America. In this role, she worked with a unique client population addressing a range of legal matters, from the preparation of wills to appealing Medicare determinations.

Prior to receiving her Master of Laws with distinction in health care and elder law from Tulane University Law School, Ms. Schelling received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Schelling is currently a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA).

Ms. Schelling is admitted to the Florida bar.
