James joined the Wealth Strategies Journal in 2010.

James resides in Washington, D.C. and volunteers for a local public charter school.  Prior to his study of taxation, James worked at a boutique estate planning firm in San Diego, California.  While in law school, James externed for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia, a federal magistrate judge in the Southern District of California as well as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California.  James was the Executive Lead Articles Editor for the California Western School of Law, Law Review.  He also served as the school's Executive Director of their Moot Court Honors Board.
