Patrick Gallogly Rheaume attends Georgetown Law School. He graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut in 2005 with high honors in history and English.
 
Rheaume has received the William A. and May Nora Shea Memorial Scholarship from Georgetown, and he serves as a member of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. Before law school, he was a journalist in Vermont and Massachusetts.
