Bob Moshman
is a professional writer and attorney. He is a graduate of Columbia College (BA English, 1978) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio (JD, 1981).  He has written over 1,000 financial articles since 1981 with emphasis on estate planning. A number of these articles have appeared in publications such as Property & Probate and Trusts & Estates. Bob currently publishes a monthly newsletter, The Estate Analyst, and practices law as a member of the NY and NJ bars.
