Lisa M. Stern is an associate with the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP, practicing in the New York office.  She concentrates her practice on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and estate and trust administration.  Lisa advises moderate to high net worth individuals and families with developing suitable estate plans to maximize and protect the transfer of wealth to future generations, including business succession and life insurance planning.   She also has experience with Will contests and other estate and trust-related litigation.  Lisa received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.  She is a member of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  Lisa is an incoming Vice-Chair of the Fiduciary Income Tax Committee of the ABA Section of Taxation.
