Mr. Patrick M. Schoshinski concentrates his practice in the areas of federal and state taxation, with particular emphasis on estate planning and business succession planning. In addition to extensive experience in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate and business documents, Mr. Schoshinski assists clients with probate and trust administration matters, and has extensive experience in complicated tax and business matters, including the analysis, planning, structuring and execution of complex transactions.
