Stewart Andrew Marshall III practice areas are mainly private client services. They include personal, business and family wealth planning, trusts, estates and guardianship, charitable and tax-exempt organizations, trusts, estates and guardianship litigation, family and martial law and general taxation. Some additional practice areas include prenuptial agreements, related state legislative drafting and lobbying, expert testimony and consultation regarding fiduciary compliance with prudent investor act and expert testimony regarding fiduciary liability.
He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America 2006 for trusts and estates. .
He practiced for thirty years in Central Florida and over twenty years with Akerman Senterfitt. He was previously with the Trust Department for the First National Bank of Atlanta (now Wachovia).
