Court Stops Short of Forcing Sale of Home to Collect Trust Fund Penalties
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey recently reduced to judgment trust fund recovery penalties assessed against an individual in United States v. Gary S. Cardaci et al. (No. 1:12-cv-05402) (Doc 2013-25103).
