Incorporating Elder Law Into Your Practice

Elder law expert Bernie Krooks discusses the business of elder law as a growing practice.  Claiming that estate planning has reached its peak in terms of growth as the estate tax exemption is high and fewer people have estate planning needs, Krooks advises incorporating elder law as a supplement to the estate planning practice.  With the aging population, Krooks recommends advising clients entering their elder years to consider family dynamics and plan ahead for those issues while their mind is clear.
