The Legal Whiteboard: Stealth Restructuring in Legal Education
When the American economy suffered three years ago, law firms were forced to downsize and employment became a greater challenge for lawyers. What is not being discussed, however, is how law schools are downsizing themselves with lower enrollment. It is also likely that law schools will face cuts in staff and faculty, if they have not already.
