Business Insider published its commentary on the Small Business and Entrepreneurship Council's Business Tax Index 2012, a ranking of states from best to worst based on 18 different taxes levied on entrepreneurs and other businesspeople within the state's jurisdiction.  Coming in at the top were South Dakota and Texas, followed by Nevada and Wyoming.  New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia brought up the rear.
