Are All Estate Plans the Same?

Estate planning is generally considered to be a good idea.  However, not realizing that each individual will need to have an estate plan that is tailored to their needs and future outlook is not the best idea.  Specifically, factors such as age, wealth, and goals must be taken into consideration in order to maximize the benefits of an estate plan.
