Estate Planning is Not Obsolete

TrackBacks (0) Comments (0)

The Auburn Reporter has published an article discussing whether estate planning is obsolete. According to the article, some individuals believe that estate planning has become obsolete due to new estate tax provisions enacted in the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010. The article, however, argues that believing estate planning is unnecessary could result in unintended consequences and a false sense of security.
