According to a Bank of China report, half of China's millionaires want to move elsewhere. North America is the top destination. It is followed by Canada, Singapore and Europe. Chinese millionaires are worried that they might end up in prison for offending Chinese officials. Several of them also want to seek better overseas educational opportunities for their children.
