Tax Notes has published three articles on the current state of tax reform. The first article by Diane Rogers analyzes the mostly disappointing proposals (in substantially reducing the deficit) that the Supercommittee has received. The second article by Bruce Bartlett further analyzes Herman Cain's 999 tax plan. The third article by Caroline Harris discusses the President's failure to lead the groundwork for comprehensive tax reform and the likelihood of reform in the near future. The articles can be viewed at Tax Analysts.
