Taking Stances in Interviews

In the current compliance-filled world, many people are reluctant to take a strong stance on a particular side. Hanging on the fence is not favored by the interviewers who want concrete answers. In her article, Kristin Harad lists out situations that may help financial advisors who are in a situation where they are worried that their stance on a particular side may be against their company's compliance rules.
