Kimberly Palmer discusses with Rachel Emma Silverman, the author of The Wall Street Journal Complete Estate Planning Guidebook, several estate planning tips for today's world. She also encourages all families to have some form of estate planning, even if it's done through online assistance. Most importantly, estate plans should be reviewed and updated every three years to take into account changes in family circumstances as well as changes in state and federal law.
