The Wealth, Trusts & Estates Prof Blog has posted the article "Trial & Heirs, Protect Your Family Fortune!" by Gerry Beyer.  In his article Beyer describes an upcoming PBS special on legacy estate planning.  The special, hosted by Danielle and Andy Mayoras, uses examples of celebrity estate matters to demonstrate the importance of estate planning.  This program will air on Tuesday, September 9 at 8pm EST on PBS.
