In a Wall Street Journal article titled "Wealthy Investors Grow Pessimistic About Economy," Robert Frank discusses how a poll by UBS Wealth Management Americas of its wealthy clients found that 40% aren't putting money into the markets until the debt talks are resolved. The article discusses how 60% are now pessimistic about the outlook for the U.S. economy - up from 27% in April. Only 21% of the respondents are optimistic about the economy.
