Tax Policy Center Estimates 2011 Distribution of Federal Tax Rates

On August 24, the Tax Policy Center released estimates of the distribution of individual income, payroll, corporate income, estate, and overall federal taxes for 2011.  The estimates use the current law as a baseline and are broken down by: all tax units, single individuals, married couples filing jointly, heads of household, tax units with children, and the elderly.
