J. Kevin Ciavarra, Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,  has submitted comments on draft Form 8938, "Statement of Specified Foreign Financial Assets," seeking guidance that clarifies the application of the form to indirect individual investors and domestic entities under section 6038D(f).
