In a Forbes article titled "James Brown's Estate and Wishes in Limbo," Andy Mayoras discusses how the estate of James Brown is still being litigated. He discusses how the case was almost resolved in 2009; however, two former trustees appealed the probate judge's decision. James Brown also had at least nine children and three ex-wives that all believe they are entitled to part of the estate.
