Fortune Magazine has published an article by Janice Revell titled "Getting married? Get a prenup." The article discusses the risks of not having a prenup and the types of property in a divorce, which includes salaries and bonuses deposited in bank and brokerage accounts, real estate, business income, and benefits accrued in 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans.
