The New York Times reports that Oscar-winning actress Faye Dunaway is being sued by her landlord for eviction in New York City housing court.  The landlord claims that Dunaway does not live in the rent-stabilized apartment (as required for rent stabilization in New York), and if she is evicted the apartment will rent for far more than Dunaway pays.

See Christine Haughney, "For Faye Dunaway, Real-Life Role in Housing Court," New York Times, Aug. 2, 2011.
