The New York Times reports that Oscar-winning actress Faye Dunaway is being sued by her landlord for eviction in New York City housing court. The landlord claims that Dunaway does not live in the rent-stabilized apartment (as required for rent stabilization in New York), and if she is evicted the apartment will rent for far more than Dunaway pays.
