The ACTEC 2011 Summer Meeting was held June 22-25, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. A summary of my observations from the seminars presented at the meeting is attached. (At the request of ACTEC, information from the Committee Meetings is not included.) The topics of the seminars that are summarized are:

     Dealing with the Partially Incapacitated Client: How to Prevent Financial Abuse, Undue   
     Influence and Other Ills of Aging
