Sen. Jay Rockefeller Discusses Deficit Reduction Through Higher Taxes

In Accounting Today, Michael Cohn's "Rockefeller Proposes Eliminating Tax Breaks For the Wealthy" describes Sen. Rockefeller's ideas for raising taxes on the wealthy. Among his proposals are a return of capital gains tax to 28% and a slightly higher income tax bracket for people earning over $1,000,000 annually.
