Law Firms Build Teams Around Large Clients

According to the New York Times in More Law Firms Raid Competitors to Poach Rainmakers, many large law firms, including DLA Piper and Paul Weiss, are building specific teams of lawyers around the largest of their clients.  Factors precipitating this trend are the continually weak economy and corporations aiming to decrease the number of outside firms they use.
