William D. Henderson and Rachel M. Zahorsky recently published an article in the American Bar Association Journal titled "Law Job Stagnation May Have Started Before the Recession--And It May Be a Sign of Lasting Change."  The article discusses how the legal profession has undergone a massive structural shift that will leave it dramatically transformed in the coming years.  It discusses the effect of the recession on the legal profession and also discusses the rise of legal services outside of law firms.
