Gang of Six summarizes budget and tax reform proposals

A bipartisan group of six senators released a summary of a plan consistent with the recommedations of the Bowles-Simpson fiscal commission.  The plan intends to reduce the nations's deficits by 3.7 trillion over ten years under CBO's March 2011 baseline.  No specific details were released.
