Richard Murphy posted an article Closing the Tax Gap is in the Interest of Every Honest Business, Forbes, July 7, 2011.

Murphy wishes that the UK would be able to collect the total tax that should be paid if the law operated as parliament intended, there was no tax evasion and people paid their taxes when due.
