Choosing the Correct Succession Plan Adviser

According to Kevin Spafford in Select the Right Adviser on AgWeb, it is very important for farmers, and others with family businesses, to create a succession plan in addition to any estate planning they undertake.  A key part of creating a successful succession plan, according to Spafford, is selecting the correct team leader and adviser to lead an individual's family through the process.
