Supreme Court Of Rhode Island Holds Survivorship Rights Not Created Without Signed Document

In Trust of McManus v. McManus, 18 A.3 550 (R.I. 2011), the Supreme Court of Rhode Island upheld summary judgment against a daughter because the bank account at issue did not specifically provide for survivorship rights on the signature card or any other signed document.
