House Ways and Means Committee Chair Releases Letter Suggesting The IRS Is Targeting Constitutionally Protected Political Speech

House Ways and Means Committee Chair Dave Camp, R-Mich., released a letter he sent to IRS Commissioner, Douglas Shulman, requiring the IRS to explain its recent investigation of five donors who didn't pay the 35% gift tax when they made donations to 501(c)(4) groups.
