Domestic Partnership Benefits Upheld in Wisconsin Court

In "Wisconsin Court Upholds Domestic Partner Benefits", Eric Roldan wrote for Lamba Legal about a  legal challenge to the benefits granted to Wisconsinite couples in same-sex domestic partnerships. The Wisconsin court held that the benefits were in line with Wisconsin's constitution and that a 2006 amendment banning same-sex marriage would not preclude domestic partnership benefits.
