6th UBS Customer - Former Attorney - Charged with Tax Evasion Pleads Guilty

According to the New York Times in A UBS Customer Pleads Guilty to Tax Evasion, the sixth person (out of seven charged in April) charged with evading taxes through hiding assets in Swiss bank accounts pled guilty this morning in the US Dist. Ct. in Manhattan.  The man pleading guilty is an 81-year old disbarred New York maritime lawyer who hid more than $26.4 million from the IRS in his UBS account overseas.
