Revising the CLASS Act

Ron Lieber posted an article, The Changes to Save a Big Idea, The New York Times, April 29, 2011.

The Community Living Assistance Services and Support Act ("CLASS Act") tries to make it easier for people to buy insurance that could help make it easier to stay at home if an injury or an illness made it harder to live normally.  Critics point out that it will be difficult to make the Act affordable and actuarially sound without some alterations.
