McGuire Woods has
included Christopher Gene Fazzi v. Norma Jean Klein in its latest update on "Recent Cases of Interest to Fiduciaries". In Christopher Gene Fazzi v. Norma Jean Klein,
the Court of Appeals of California held that the intent of the no-contest clause implicitly applied to the sub-trusts, and therefore because the original trust was revocable, a contest could not be brought during the lives of the joint settlors.
