"Estate Planning Smarts," by Deborah L. Jacobs, is Now Available

In a recently published book, Estate Planning Smarts, Deborah L. Jacobs provides a user-friendly guide to planning one's estate.

Among other things, the book uses charts and plain English to explain the complex legal principles.  According to the book's website, Estate Planning Smarts "applies to everyone, whether or not they need to be concerned about estate taxes."
