Trusts Versus Corporations: An Empirical Analysis of Competing Organizational Forms

A Joseph Warburton published his article Trusts Versus Corporations:  An Empirical Analysis of Competing Organizational Forms, 36 J. Corp. L. 183 (2010).

The article compares managers of corporations to managers of trusts, fiduciaries with a higher level of responsibility.  Evidence suggests that higher fiduciary responsibility lessens managerial risk taking but causes inferior risk-adjusted performance.
