Tax Notes has published an article by Nicola M. White.  The article discusses the stories of seven women who are fighting the IRS to overturn the Service's two year statute of limitations on Section 6015 innocent spouse relief and get a reprieve from tax debts owed by their husbands.  The article also discusses the legislative history of the code section.
