May 7520 Rate Unchanged at 3.0%

The Planned Giving Design Center reports that under Revenue Ruling 2011-11, the applicable section 7520 rate remained unchanged from April to May and is currently at 3%.  The rate is used to determine the present value of an annuity, a remainder or a reversionary interest.
