ESTATE OF SHAPIRO v. U.S. (9th Cir - Feb. 22, 2011)

The 9th Circuit ruled in ESTATE OF SHAPIRO v. U.S. (9th Cir - Feb. 22, 2011) that a pending appeal in a palimony suit claim could result in an estate that is worth less.  Therefore the court ruled that a deduction should be allowed.
