Sen. Grassley speaks regarding the banning of tax patents

In comments from the floor of the Senate, Senator Grassley discussed the tax patent provisions of the Patent Reform Bill.  Senator Grassley clarified that the Bill was only intended to ban the patenting of tax strategies and nothing related to tax preparation software.
