In a recent post on The Trust Advisor Blog, New Hampshire Sets Sights on Becoming the New Delaware of the East, Scott Martin writes about New Hampshire's enticing trust environment.
Martin writes that in the past five years, New Hampshire's state legislature has been in the process of modernizing local trust laws. According to Martin, New Hampshire trust companies can now give their wealthy clients "anything they can get anywhere else."
