Milwaukee Court Revokes License of "Grand Master of Probate": Orders $1 Million in Restitution

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has revoked the license to practice law of Leonard Brady, a highly regarded probate attorney in Milwaukee, dubbed the "grand master of probate."  The Court also ordered Brady to pay over $1M in restitution for expatriating $700,000 the of a $1.6 M estate he was appointed to protect. Brady paid himself and others hundreds of thousands in connection with mismanaging the estate.
