Anne Tergesen posted a new article A Will and a Way, The Wall Street Journal, March 21, 2010.

A small number of states are allowing individuals to contest estate plans prior to the decedent's death.  Although a pre-death determination can help prevent post-mortem estate contests, there are downsides such as revealing the contents of one's estate plan prior to death.
