How to Safeguard a Will from Disgruntled Heirs

A small number of states are allowing individuals to contest estate plans prior to the decedent's death.  Although a pre-death determination can help prevent post-mortem estate contests, there are downsides such as revealing the contents of one's estate plan prior to death.
