Laura Landro posted an article A Push for Better End-of-Life Planning, Wall Street Journal, March 15, 2011.

Studies note that most people are not adequately thinking about end of life medical decisions, and consequently, most people are not having health care directives drafted.  Many people who have health care directives drafted do not understand them.  Surrogates feel stress from the decisions they make.
